Bock Bio Science wins 2009 Climate Protection Award |

BREMEN, Germany, May 25, 2009: Bock Bio Science, a leading orchid breeding and propagation company has been awarded the prestigious 2009 Climate Protection Award for its extraordinary results in protection of the environment.
By implementing energy conservation projects and purchasing renewable energy, Bock Bio Sciences has reduced its CO2 emission by 20% which is equivalent to 700 metric tons of CO2 emissions. Consequently the company has already reached the 2020 target set by the European Union.
German environment senator Reinhard Loske visited Bock Bio’s headquarters in Bremen and complimented Stephan von Rundstedt, member of Bock's board of directors, on the company's achievements.
