FlorAustral earns FLP certification |
OSORNO, Chile, December 7, 2009: FlorAustral, a flower producer and exporter from Osorno in the south of Chile has achieved FLP certification. The company specializes in peonies and passed successfully the FLP inspection in October. It is the first Chilean company in the FLP organizationn and the first one that produces peonies. The certification confirms that FlorAustral meets high standards of environmental sustainability, social responsibility and product quality.
FlorAustral Chile Ltda., with its headquarters in the Los Lagos area, is a family business in the true sense of the word.. Apart from peonies FlorAustral nurseries also produces Gentiana, Lilium, Calla, Freesia, Zantedeschia and Ranunculus.
