Agro Mashov changes its dates to March 2-3, 2011
TEL AVIV, Israel, July 29, 2010: Three thousand buyers and dozens of delegations from fifty countries, including executives of large European supermarkets and corporations, and importers are expected to visit the 21th edition of Agro Mashov, which will open its doors on March 2, 2011 in the Israel Trade Fairs & Conventions Center in Tel Aviv.
Tens of thousands of visitors from Israel and other countries are expected to visit the annual international Agro Mashov exhibition. Agro Mashov 2011 will focus on solutions for the global food crisis and severe water crisis. The exhibition will also address global warming, how climatic changes affect production volume and fruit and vegetable prices, and how the price of fuel affects food prices. The show is held in Israel, a country known for its innovative ideas and technologies for dealing with the shortage of water and grounds. Geographically situated between three continents, Israel makes for an ideal meeting point for the professional agricultural branch from all over the world. This is the only international agricultural exhibition held annually in Israel.
Visitors will arrive from over 50 countries, arriving in their quest for agricultural technologies. Agro Mashov in Tel-Aviv is the natural meeting place of the modern world’s global agricultural village, with the purpose of serving as a strategic rendez vous point for growers, researchers, product designers, producers and buyers.
